With our 4 DISBON system solutions for the garage, almost all requirements can be met. From the simple 1-product system to the quick solution with special products, there is something for every installer and every requirement.
System 1: Simple & good
Simple and fast system construction with only one product
The 1-product system offers the possibility of using only one product,
DisboPOX W 442 Garage Seal, to produce a complete layer structure in only 2 working steps. The use of only one product for primer and sealer makes handling particularly easy. DisboPOX W 442 Garage Seal can be tinted in many colours at the dealer.
The sealant can also be sprinkled with colour chips. Thus, this simple system already offers the possibility to meet high visual demands. The finished floor is plasticiser-resistant and thus resistant to tyres. This keeps the garage floor clean and intact.
System 2: Versatile & economical
Flexible system with individual design options
This system is our proven solution. The use of the high-quality primer DisboPOX 420 E.MI Plus with high filling power in the first work step and an intermediate layer in the second work step ensures optimum adhesion between the substrate and the deck seal. This leads to improved durability and resilience of the floor.
DisboPOX W 442 Garage Seal can be tinted in many colours at the dealer. The seal can also be refined with colour chips or SlideStop glass beads. Thus, this system also meets high visual demands. The finished floor is plasticiser-resistant and thus resistant to ageing. This keeps the garage floor clean and intact.
System 3: Tough as nails
Extremely resistant and safe coating
This system is extremely hard-wearing and safe due to its top layer pre-filled with silicon carbide - DisboXID 467 2-component EP hard aggregate coating - makes this system particularly robust and resilient. Silicon carbide is one of the hardest raw materials in the construction industry and highly wear-resistant. In addition, this surface offers a high degree of slip resistance and thus ensures increased safety while at the same time being easy to clean. The low-VOC and virtually odourless formulations ensure pleasant processing.
System 4: In a hurry
Processing and reuse within one day
This system is the ideal solution when there is little time available. It allows the complete system to be installed in just one day. This means that the floor can be fully loaded and used the next day. This is made possible by the use of DisboPUR A 320 and DisboPUR A 326. Both the primer and the sealer are based on aspartic acid ester, which enables very fast curing. The fast curing is even guaranteed at low temperatures, as low as 3 °C, which means that coatings can also be applied with this system in the winter months.
