For smooth corner profiles and smooth insertion profiles, with and without covering the riser, colour additions in black and anodized stainless steel colour were added. Expansion gap profiles, tile separation profiles and flat profiles are also being expanded.
The Auer profile manufacturer has also extensively upgraded in other areas: be it colour additions to the 30 x 40 mm corner profiles (profile no. 519 - 522) with black and stainless steel colours or black to the smooth insertion profiles (profile no. 530 - 535) and tile separating profiles height 8 - 15 mm (profile no. 32).
The natural aluminum expansion gap profiles with black silicone 2 - 6 mm, which have been produced on request for several years, have also made it into the status of a standard item in 2024.
Furthermore, further lengths were added: 3.0 m lengths were added to T-profiles 14 mm and 25 mm made of stainless steel, and 2.0 m lengths were added to the enameled stair edges, whether luminous or not.
Furthermore, the Auer specialist for custom-made products has included 3 sizes of composite sleepers made of aluminum and stainless steel as standard items in the catalog. These composite sleepers are an aluminum base structure combined with a stainless steel cover layer, which means that individual and even larger construction heights can be achieved appropriately. Anyone who knows Auer metal profiles now knows that 3 sizes in 2 thicknesses each are a long way off - all possible dimensions and materials can be manufactured on request.
A lot has happened in the area of flat sleepers at Auer Metallprofile in 2024: The range of stainless steel flat profiles has been greatly expanded with the addition of sizes 30 mm, 35 mm and 45 mm in thicknesses 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 3.0 mm are now also available as standard items, as well as brand new in 5.0 mm thickness in the widths 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 60 mm.
