Digitalization with PFT: PFT SWING conveying pump with digital control unit

Thanks to RotaAirless technology, the high-pressure pump does not require valves. The additional rolling effects improve the spray quality. The delivery rate is infinitely variable. Low-viscosity, pumpable and solvent-free materials up to a maximum grain size of 3 mm can be pumped, compressed and sprayed.

Filling takes place from a bucket or continuous mixer. In conjunction with an air compressor and a spraying gun, the SWING airless can also be used to apply plaster and paint. Available in 230V and 400V versions.

The PFT control unit digitizes working with the airless conveying pump. The control unit's large color display shows all relevant machine information at a glance.

An integrated operating hour counter provides reliable data on how many hours the machine and the rotor/stator system have been running. This allows service intervals to be optimized based on actual use.

Comprehensible plain text error messages in various languages provide clear solutions for quick troubleshooting.

A personalizable access password serves as theft protection.

Thanks to the automatic pressure control, only one set value, the target pressure of the machine, needs to be entered. PFT Control automatically calculates the start and stop pressure for dispensing the material for spraying. The clear advantage of the PFT Control system is its clear, intuitive operation for the user.
