Mixing is a crucial work step on the construction site. Appropriate attention should therefore be paid to this task. Many complaints are due to inadequate mixing of the materials.
There are a large number of construction chemical products on the market for a wide variety of applications. These materials differ in their delivery form (bag, bucket, weight, powder, liquid) and, crucially, in their components and viscosity after mixing.
The paddle used for mixing plays a decisive role here. Whether a material is supplied already liquid and remains liquid after mixing, e.g. like paint. Or whether a powder material becomes a creamy adhesive, a flowing filler or an earth-moist mortar after the addition of water - with the right paddle, mixing is quicker and easier and the quality of the material is right.
In many cases, people always use a particular mixer out of habit. But the building materials processed with it also change. Today's tile adhesive or filler no longer has the same composition as it did 15 years ago. It is therefore also necessary to adapt your tools. It is obvious to any professional to use the appropriate saw blade for certain cuts in wood, or not to drill into a concrete wall with a drill for wood. The same applies to the different stirrer geometries.
Because the stirrer does the job. It ensures that the material is homogenized correctly and that it can be processed without any problems.
