With NFC technology, it is possible to further simplify time recording using NFC tags. The scan of a smartphone automatically triggers actions that you have previously defined yourself. For example, an NFC tag placed in your company vehicle can directly start the driving time and record the corresponding vehicle in one go. With NFC tags attached to the construction site, you can record the working time to the project as well as breaks simply by scanning. The daily closing can then be sent immediately in the evening, when your employees are back at work from the construction site, by scanning an NFC tag.

Please note: According to the Telemedia Act, as an employer you are obliged to inform your employees that you are tracking certain actions. GPS tracking is only one option. You yourself decide whether you want to use this feature or not.
